OK, so this confusing. I thought ZIP forms was a part of my membership? I use it all the time. Do I need to do something to use some new features?

Generally I find all the upgrades and enhancements annoying. I’m tired of having to fight through marketing messages to get to work. Obviously, this company has high value aspirations. I generally don’t like these folks because of their persistent efforts to get more money out of me. I suspect many agents have been tricked into buying forms and products they don’t need by way of tricky solicitations. When will NAR and TAR stop bringing us products that are funded by paid upgrades?

I agree. When I am trying to get a form for a client setting in my office. I do not want to be bothered with adds and ideas they think are important. I think my business of getting to the form is more important. Which I paid for forms only not your ads.
Where are the tutorials? I find the new platform very confusing and hard to find what I’m looking for.

The new signature platform is very confusing and cumbersome to use. There is absolutely no where to go for technical assistance

Definitely harder to use than what we had. Found out just last night that I couldn’t use the one I was using and they changed it on me. I am disliking the new one
I tell you what’s confusing me is all the comments here. I just showed a new agent the zipform and authentisign process, and for the first time I’m thinking I will not need to pay to renew my docusign subscription. Don’t get me wrong, the zipform menu structure is a visual mess, and has been for years. Tries to do too much imo. But I don’t see anything that I would need that will cost me more money, am I missing something??
Despite the upgrades, I still like the previous zip form better, it hasn’t streamlined the process but lengthly. I guess I just need to get use it as its a free service. with 16 to 20 transactions I of a year, I will continue with Zipforms.
I loved it when the Contract was on Legal size sheet which was all on the front side and about half of the back. Hand delivered it to the Listing Agent, shook hands, exchanged pleasantries. It was a warm fuzzy feeling. Now you write it up on a ream of paper, email it, go to closing , have your money wired to you…..ok, who’s next in line? Have a blessed day everyone.
As I am posting this message, I am circulating Docu-signs which we started the process yesterday morning. It is taking more than 24 hours to circulate for two buyers to receive and sign the documents. Meantime, I have been contacting customer service since yesterday morning thru even this morning, with the same issue, no answers or solution as to why it is not circulating.
I have not had great success with the new version. I reached out to tech support, received it, found out that they even thought “the fix” was fixed. They encouraged me to use the old version. I have ever since. Please enhance the new version or delete it and start over. The majority of comments here, from what I am reading, favor the older version for a reason, that’s for sure.

Do we need to pay extra because they charge for mobile app and i was considering part of or member benefits is it???
